Charlie graduated from LSU with a degree in Horticulture in 2010. While at LSU, he received training from his professors in fruit, nut, and vegetable production. He was able to work both at the Burden research center in Baton Rouge as well as the Hill Farm on campus.
 
Charlie has been involved in farming from a young age. He has cracked and shelled pecan halves since the age of 11, worked on the family Crawfish farm since 2000, and farmed produce since 2010--two of those years spent in Minnesota working on a Certified Organic vegetable farm. 

His focus as a farmer is on quality, variety and customer service! 

Stephanie is a registered dietitian who specializes in Public Health Nutrition. She believes in local farms from both nutritional and quality satisfaction perspectives. 

Our daughters' AJ and Phoebe are certified Strawberry taste testers.
